2. How can I place an order online?
On each of the product pages you will see a shopping cart below each of the items, click on the item you wish to purchase, select size, color and quantity required then clicks "add to cart". We use credit card as our preferred payment method. When you have selected the items you wish to purchase use the "View Cart" button to continue with your check out and payment. You will then be notified via e-mail of your purchase. The shipping cost is automatically calculated upon checkout.
3. How long does it take for the shipping?
It usually takes about 3-7 working days from order processing to order arrival.
4. How can I track my order online?
For Registered Super Save Shipping and Expedited Shipping, the tracking number and link will be sent to you by email once the item has been shipped out.
5. Taxes on imported goods?
We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
However - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country.
In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.
As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.

7. Will I get an order confirmation?
We will send you a confirmation email with the detailed order information shortly after you have placed an order.
8. When will my products be delivered?
After an order is placed, normally it takes us 1-3 working days to process the order. After that, your order will be shipped out, and a confirmation email with the tracking number and link will be sent to you by email.
9. What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office directly with your tracking number to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.
